New Year with new ideas! This next project I have wanted to do for a while. Every year I wait for canning season. I have collected so many mason jars over the years that when I saw this idea on the internet I new I had some of the supplies right at home. Here is an easy project to start today. For this project I used three quart jars. It depends on what you are going to store in the jars to find the right size. I knew I wanted to put utensils in there so I was going to need larger jars to hold the tall items. If you are going to store smaller item like tooth brushes I would use pint jars. Half pint jars can be used for q-tips or toothpicks. Lets's get started! Here are the supplies needed: mason jars, paint, paintbrush, sandpaper, jute string. Once you have all of the supplies you are ready to start painting. Simply start at the top while holding the jar in one hand and paint brush in the other hand.
